 "Is physical health more important than mental health" 

Many researchers have found that mental is more important than physical health. Some people say that physical health is more important than mental health to represent ourselves in front of others. For a person to be called as good human beings healthy mental health is important. Every year researchers had analysed data that many people are losing their life due to poor mental health. With that data many psychologists have said that mental health should be given more importance than physical health. As a individual we should know that mental health is important. However, poor mental health is lead by poor mental health. If a person have poor mental health is lead to physical health issues, anxiety and depression, and suicide.

Firstly, that mental health is more important than physical health because poor mental health can lead to bed physical health issues. When a person mind is not stable they try to harm themselves by not taking their meals on time, by letting to other to hurt them. However, some people say that mental health is more important than physical health. They also says that physical health can lead mental health. However, after many data analysis it is found that mental health is important to have a good physical health.  As it lead to physical health issues there by people are advice to take care of their mental health more seriously.

Secondly, that mental health is more important than physical health because poor mental health can lead to anxiety and depression. When a person mind is disturbed to hell, they feel so insecure about their looks, etc. When a person with poor mental health is judge by other people they feel so insecure and they start to over think about themselves, slowly overthinking and insecurity leads to anxiety and depression. However, other people says that anxiety and depression is also caused by poor physical health. The fact is that researchers have found that the cases of anxiety and depression among the all age people is increasing constantly every year due to poor mental health. As per data mental health should be given more poriety than physical health. 

Thirdly, mental health is more important because poor mental health can lead to suicide. When a person have weak mental health, person who become insecure easily and person who overthink more and person who are to weak to face the their problem thinks that suicide is the way to get ride of it. This all problem arises due to mental health. However, some people oppose that physical health is more important than mental health. They also say that people with weak heart also commit suicide. However, people have found that suicide case is increasing constantly every year and the main problem for suicide was people with weak mental health. So, from any other things mental health should be taken care more seriously. 

Researchers from worldwide have found with data analysis that mental health is more important for happy and healthy life. However, some people claim that physical health is more important than mental health. On the other hand researchers have claim that poor mental health can lead to weak physical health, person can suffer from anxiety and depression and some people also commit suicide. So, that is why every individual should focus to build strong mental health.

 The HRH Gyalsay Annual Mathematic Award

On 1st November 2022,'The test for the HRH Gyalsay Annual Mathematic Award' program was held at ICT lab of Sarpang HSS. All the mathematics teachers from class 9 to 12 where present including some selectively selected student from class 9 to 12. 

At 3pm sharp on 1st November, all the teachers and students where gathered at school ICT lab. The program test for HRH Gyalsay Annual Mathematic started at 3pm sharp and program ended at 5pm. All the students and teachers waited for 30 minutes for the result. The result said that one of the student from Sarpang HSS has won the Mathematic award program. All the selectively selected student were also awarded with certificate for their hardwork.

It was great step taken by school to take part in HRH Gyalsay Annual Mathematic award program, as student got to get more knowledge about importance of mathematics.

The noticedis to all the workers of the restaurant that theri will be change in the operating time of restaurant about half an hour later than the actual time. All the workers are requested to report to theri work on time as reporting time is changed. The management have came up with such and ideas due to some worker are coming from far away places. So with change in operating time we managment team also want all the workers to be on time.

I remember, 

Someone asked me, "Do you have brother?"

My story,

I still remember those painful words that my brothers told me but remembering at this age seems funny. Those painful words always says that " You are brought home from dustbin, from river and sometimes says, "You are adopted". I always regretted to have my bigger brother. Always bullying the little princess. That little momma girl always in tears, wiping her tear by mother clothes.

As I am growing bigger and bigger, day by day, I am able to understand his love and affection towards me, clearly. I came to know that my brother was the greatest gift my parents ever gave me. Today, even though we apart from each other I can smell your fragrance around me. I want to mingle with your fragrance forever. Today whenever I see our old picture the flash back start and seeing present make me worth.

At this age, I come to know that, "Brothers love and affection is different one" . Now and than  I am grateful to have my bigger brother. To have brother are blessed.

Ode is define as a formal, often ceremonious lyric pome that addresses and often celebrates a person, place, things and idea.

Features: pome is elaborate metrical structure. Solemn in tone, and usually taking the form of address.

Background of author:

John Keats was born on October 31, 1795 at moorgate London.He used to write romantic poem and he was romantic poets. eventhough his journey  of poets was shorts but he won many peoples heart. He died at the age of 25 on February 23, 1821, Rome, Italy. This is the last poem written by him.

Summary:

Autumn, the season with mists and a general sense of calmness, we are an intimate friend of the sun, whose heat and light helps all the fruits and vegetables to grow. We work in the sun to lots of fruits to grow on the vines.we work to make so much fruits grow that it weights down the branches of the apple trees that grow outside the farmhouse.Together,we and the sun makes every fruit completely ripe.we make gourds swell and hazel shells grow fat with a sweet nut inside.we make the flowers grow new buds bloom, bees gather the flowers  pollen. Those bees think your warmth will last forever,because summer brought so many flowers.

Sometimes, Autumn, you're like the agriculture laborers who picks up loose cutting from the fields after the harvest like this laborer,who has  to be observant, other times we patiently watch the machine  that juices the apple for cider.

Reflection on poem:

The poem itself gives the love for nature,beauty imagination, how nature is related to man.This poem is written in praise of autumn. Autumn is full of ripeness,satisfying warm beauty. One can clearly think of autumn as summer end. Autumn the season of love.

 Kinga loday win single badminton tournament

The inter house badminton tournament held on 6th June 2022 at Gomtu. It is among the eight house in which one from each house participate to represent their respective house. Kinga loday from pema house wins single badminton tournament. 

On 6th June 2022 inter house badminton tournament final is held at GHSS MPH hell. All the students from class 7 to 12 witness this program and including all the house master and teachers. The match started from 3PM to 4PM  after school hours. It is really nice to see all the student cheer upping their favorite one. Most of the students were cheer upping to other participants but kinga loday turn the table towards him. All the teachers and students are given with some refreshments and to the players also. As game went on all of their curiosity is increasing that who will win. As game ends everyone in shock that kinga loday is the winner.

So lastly inter house badminton tournament is some opportunity for some of the students to showcase their hidden talents. School told that this types of event will be held more. This final ends with shock.
